Returns and Exchanges

At Heyward House, we strive to ensure the quality of our products and designs. However, if you experience any issues with your purchased item, please let us know so that we can be sure you are 100% satisfied.

Please see below guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Heyward House is happy to offer free returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment for items that are returned in original condition and received within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and undamaged with the tag still intact to qualify for full refund. 
  • Items purchased on sale can be exchanged or returned for refund or merchandise credit at the discounted purchase price. 
  • If item is returned due to suspected manufacturing defect, we will ship a paid return label and shipping bag to your address. Once the item is received and inspected, we will immediately notify you on the status of your return. We will issue a full refund or merchandise credit ONLY for items received within 30 days of purchase. Items damaged due to normal garment wear and tear, will not be eligible for full refund/exchange.
