We do our best to get your orders to you on time. However, there may be possible delays by delivery services that are beyond our control.

* Shipping Delays: please note it may take 7-14 business days to receive your order. 

*Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.

*Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside the continental United States.

*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be calculated at check-out.

 When will my order ship? (Does not apply to pre-orders or wholesale) 

  • Orders with standard shipping take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing shipping method, please account for these days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How long will it take my order to arrive? (Does not apply to pre-orders or wholesale)

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-7 business days once the order has shipped; you will be emailed a tracking number. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will take 7-10 business days.
  • We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by carrier from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delayed experienced in-transit.  

What are the shipping charges for returns? (Does not apply to pre-orders or wholesale)

  • We offer a Free Return Shipping label within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 10 days of receipt, there will be a $10 return shipping fee. You may also return your order via a traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
